Dr. Khalid Idriss Hospital promotes open communication between patients and their families who have the right to have all complaints heard, investigated and whenever possible, resolved. It has created a complaint-resolution process for the patients and their families to voice out their grievances regarding policies or services and recommend changes without coercion, discrimination, reprisal or unreasonable interruption of services.

The need for effective communication has been valued predominantly to affirm the importance of strong relationship with our patients and visiting customers.
