Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) provides special care for critically ill patients who require closer monitoring such as heart attack, irregular beats, respiratory failures, strokes, hemorrhage, trauma, extensive burns and post-operative care in selected patients. The medical and post-operative care in this unit is delivered by a highly qualified multidisciplinary team that consists of well-trained personnel who work under the close supervision of consultants.

The facility is designed and well-equipped with cardiac monitors, invasive blood pressure units, ventilators, infusion and syringe pumps, centralized oxygen and suction machines. Critical patients are being monitored and supervised by qualified nurses and physicians in the ratio of 1:1 in order to provide quality healthcare.
